I will personally guide you and your party.
We will hunt in the area of Mansfield, South Dakota. I have lived and hunted here all my life and I have access to thousands of acres of private lands. Because I know the land you will have your best chance for your limit.
We can hunt C.R.P. all day. We have plenty of corn strips, cane strips, sloughs and shelter belts. We also have Grasslake and its wetlands. There is more than enough land to hunt new fields and new birds every day. Your dogs will have plenty of room to stretch.

Bargain Prices
We are not hotel keepers or resteraunteurs. Our mission is to be your guide and to help you make arrangements for your stay. We only charge for our work as your guide or we do have place for a few people to stay at the Retreat. We will help you arrange for places to stay and eat. There are excellent local motels in different price ranges where we have arranged discounted rates. There are also many fine eating establishments 10 to 30 minutes away. This way we keep your costs down under your own control. You are not paying for someone else's overhead. It is great value with proven results.

Be the first in the field this fall. Opening Weekend of the Pheasant Season: October 19th and 20th --- $200 per gun, per day.
Rest of the season: 5 or more hunters in a group --- $150.00 per gun, per day.
Four or less hunters in a group --- $165.00 per gun per day. Gratuities and taxes extra.
Our best dates go early due to our high number of return clients. We highly recommend early bookings for the best dates. A 50% deposit (per hunter) is due at the time of booking to ensure dates of preference. Deposits are non-refundable after July 1st.
Our rates include:
Access to over 1,000 acres of private pheasant duck goose and deer hunting land, in the heart of South Dakota Pheasant Hunting country.
Field lunch and beverages.
Professional guide
Field transportation (field to field).
A taxidermist if desired. (Taxidermy fees apply).
Limited RV Parking.
We do not include in the daily rate:
Lodging, guide gratuities, licensing, shells, tax, bird or animal processing, meals, opening weekend hunting, etc.
State daily limit is 3 birds per hunter.
