Quail Chili

One pound of quail
3 lbs. dry kidney or pinto beans, cooked or 32 oz. canned beans
16 oz. stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 oz. Jalapeno sauce
1 large red onion, chunked
4 garlic clove, smashed
Dash salt
Broken tortilla chips (optional)
2 tbsp Chile Powder
2 tbsp. Cumin
Salt
Pepper

Put cooked beans into large pot; add tomatoes, chil powder, cumin, onion, salt, garlic, and Quail. Simmer 15 minutes to heat thoroughly.
